A one-time, action-packed planning session with Founder + Creative Director, Courtney Gault, followed by a written post-consultation plan including resources and recommendations to set you on the road to success.

Strategic Session FAQ

  • Our process is designed to be simple, collaborative, and tailored to your space. We begin with an intake phase, where you share details about your home, goals, and family.

    Next, our team of designers alongside Courtney complete an internal review to evaluate your project and develop preliminary ideas.

    We then schedule a strategic session to discuss design direction, layout, and function.

    Finally, you’ll receive a clear action plan with recommendations, next steps, and curated resources to move your project forward with confidence.

  • Before our session, we’ll ask you to complete a detailed questionnaire covering your space, goals, budget, and family. This helps us get to know you and your needs so we can work with purpose and precision.

    We’ll also ask you to share relevant materials such as photos, floor plans, inspiration images, and any specific challenges so we can come to the meeting fully prepared and ready to focus on creating a space you love.

  • We wish there was a straight answer to this, but it truly depends on our pipeline. Ideally, from the initial intake to delivery of your customized action plan, most Strategic Session projects are completed within four to six weeks.

    Our goal is to make the process seamless and efficient, giving you clear direction and actionable next steps without delay.

  • After your session, you’ll receive everything you need to move forward with confidence.

    While deliverables vary by project, you can expect personalized guidance, curated product recommendations, and visual inspiration to help you bring your playroom vision to life.
