Every Full Service Design project includes six key checkpoints and four detailed presentations, giving you a clear view of each phase and how your space is coming to life.
A dedicated project manager guides you from start to finish, answers questions, coordinates details, and keeps your project on track.

The studio accepts a limited number of full-service commissions each year. Design fees begin at $25,000.

Step Two | Allocate: With a full understanding of your family’s needs and the space itself, we define the purpose, priorities, and a clear vision for what we'll develop next.
Step Three | Design: With intention and expertise, we translate that vision into a cohesive plan. We select every detail to balance beauty, function, and developmental value.
Step Four | Procure: We handle sourcing from start to finish, curating a collection of furniture, toys, and materials that meet our standards for quality, safety, and timeless design.
Step Five | Install: Our team brings the design to life, managing every detail to ensure a seamless transformation. The result: a space that feels as effortless as it looks.
Step Six | Finishing Touches: Provide additional resources and troubleshoot. Ensure systems are in place so your space keeps working.

Our design fee is a fixed amount determined through a proprietary pricing matrix that accounts for the specific requirements of each project, including square footage, design complexity, level of customization, scope of work, level of finish, and the composition and time commitment of the design team required.
Additional sourcing, design revisions, or services requested outside the approved scope of work are billed separately at our standard hourly rates.
